Lifetime Structural Warranty
Updated: 8-8-25
We build every Bean to last a lifetime, and we stand behind that promise. The original owner of fiberglass shell Bean Trailer receives a Lifetime Structural Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship in the frame, one-piece fiberglass shell, composite walls, and floor.
This warranty does not cover:
Corrosion or rust from environmental exposure (salt air, road salt, humidity, etc.).
Prolonged use or storage within 50 miles of a saltwater coastline.
Cosmetic wear and tear, including spider cracks in the gelcoat.
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or extreme off-road use.
All warranty repairs must be carried out at the Bean factory in Salt Lake City, UT, and the owner is responsible for transportation costs.
Limited Lifetime Roofline Warranty
Bean Trailer offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner against water intrusion through the wall-to-roof transition on our one-piece molded fiberglass shells. This warranty covers leaks at the molded transition where the roof and sidewalls meet, due to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover water intrusion through roof penetrations like the ceiling fan opening.
Please note: The Bean Squared and Bean Pod models do not feature a one-piece molded fiberglass shell and are therefore excluded from this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Bean Limited One Year Manufacturing Warranty
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
This warranty is valid for the original owner only and begins on the date of delivery or pickup. It’s designed to cover manufacturing-related issues so you can adventure with peace of mind.
One Year Manufacturing Warranty | What’s Covered:
Factory-installed cabinetry, doors, and windows
Original electrical, plumbing, and wiring systems
Factory installed suspension components.
One Year Manufacturing Warranty | What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tears, cosmetic blemishes, or environmental damage.
Spider cracks in the gelcoat surface of fiberglass.
Improper use, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
Unauthorized modifications or aftermarket alterations.
Damage resulting from aggressive or extreme off-road use, including but not limited to:
Rock rash on frame, body, or suspension components
Hard undercarriage impacts from drops, ledges, or obstacles
Bent or broken spindles, axles, or suspension components
Rollover damage
Finish damage such as scrapes, scuffs, or gouges from trees, branches, or brush.
Use of the trailer for rental or commercial hire will immediately void this warranty.
Incidental expenses such as hotel stays, travel costs, meals, towing charges, or lost time due to warranty-related repairs
Installation or shipping costs related to replacement items supplied by third-party manufacturers (e.g., windows, fans, batteries, etc.) are not the responsibility of Bean Trailer
Component-Specific Coverage:
Some components, such as windows, doors, batteries, exhaust fans, heaters, and other installed appliances, are covered by warranties provided by their original manufacturers. These may override Bean Trailer’s warranty and are governed by those manufacturers’ terms. If you experience an issue with a third-party component, our team is happy to help guide you through the process of submitting a claim with the appropriate supplier.
Making a Claim:
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@beantrailer.com with the following:

Proof of purchase
All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims received after the warranty period has expired will not be eligible for coverage.
Warranty Claim Resolution:
Bean Trailer, at its sole discretion, will handle approved warranty claims in one of the following ways:
Repair of the defective part or component
Replacement of the defective part or component with new or refurbished parts
Reimbursement for pre-approved repairs conducted by a third party
Instructing the customer to return the trailer or part to an authorized service location
If Bean Trailer determines that the repair must be performed at a Bean Trailer facility, the customer is responsible for all transportation or shipping costs associated with delivering the trailer to and from the facility.
The selected method of resolution will be based on the nature of the defect, availability of parts, and logistical considerations.
